You schedule an appointment with Mr. Mice Guy when working on a specific project in a destination where Mr. Mice Guy is present. During stage one of the appointment Mr. Mice Guy will ask you all about your project. From group size to budget and from previous destinations to desired outcomes. All details are discussed. Based on this initial introduction, it’s time for stage two and this is where the magic happens. Mr Mice Guy will start sharing his knowledge and network based on your request. We share screens and check supplier websites, whilst Mr. Mice Guy explains you all the ins and outs, do’s and don’ts of that particular hotel, venue, restaurant or other supplier. In stage three we work on your specific timeline. In this stage, Mr. Mice Guy’s destination knowledge is combined with the many years of experience planning MICE Projects. What works best, what’s the best event flow and how can you WOW the audience best are key questions here.
